1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

• "WIB" (Western Indonesia Time) refers to UTC+7 timezone, which governs customer service hours, withdrawal processing times, and other time-sensitive operations unless otherwise specified.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register an Account and use the Service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law.

• Maintain only one Account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be closed, and any winnings may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

idn4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and fund forfeiture.
• idn4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.
• Deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only. Using idn4d as a money transfer or currency exchange service is prohibited.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance (excluding any locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through our KYC process.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching your verified identity documents.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by verification level and VIP tier (standard users: Rp 50.000.000 per day; VIP users: higher limits as specified in VIP terms).
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings.

5.2 Processing Times

idn4d processes withdrawal requests as follows:

• Bank Transfers: 3-5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Outside banking hours, withdrawals are processed on the next business day.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Instant to 15 minutes, 24/7 availability.
• International Cards: 3-5 business days due to international processing requirements.

We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 10.000.000) or where fraud or money laundering is suspected. Such checks may extend processing time to 48-72 hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

idn4d does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals incur a nominal processing fee of Rp 5.000. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose additional receiving fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

idn4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, rebates, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 15x to 30x) before conversion to withdrawable balance. Different games contribute differently toward wagering: slots 100%, live casino 10%, sports betting varies by odds.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While an active bonus is in play, maximum bet per spin/hand is typically Rp 25.000. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and related winnings.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Bonus abuse results in forfeiture and potential Account closure.

6.2 Bonus Forfeiture

We reserve the right to void bonuses and confiscate related winnings in cases of suspected abuse including but not limited to: multiple Account registration, arbitrage betting, collusion, use of automated betting software, or any attempt to manipulate bonus systems.

7. Betting Rules and Conduct

7.1 General Betting Principles

• All bets are final once confirmed. Accidental bets cannot be cancelled unless there is a clear system error, which must be reported immediately.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game type (typically Rp 1.000 to Rp 10.000). Maximum bet limits are determined by game, market, and your VIP tier.
• In the event of obvious errors (incorrect odds, result posting errors), idn4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• For sports betting, bets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies. Bets on abandoned or postponed events are voided unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.
• Live casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers from licensed studios. Game outcomes are final and binding.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Using the Service if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the Platform.
